Flowers By Donna

Ordered flowers for a friend going through a difficult time. Ordering online was easy and price was fair for what they list on their website but final product was a real disappointment. Picture of what I ordered vs what was actually delivered below. I completely understand that substitutions are common but what was delivered was frankly just ugly. Would not order from here again.

I was gifted an arrangement from Flowers by Donna from a friend several years ago. They were beautiful and lasted forever. This past week, my dear friend’s grandmother passed away. I remember Flowers by Donna and placed an online order. I called the store to ask about customization as my friend’s grandmother was Scottish, so it was important to honor that. The woman in the phone was helpful and kind in answering my questions. The arrangement was delivered today, beautiful and had a tartan ribbon wrapped around the vase. My friend and her family were grateful for the flowers. Thank you for not only providing your service but making it special during a difficult time.

We photographed a wedding where Flowers By Donna provided the florals for our client and they were perfect! The couple were very happy!

I called Donna’s Florist the morning i needed delivery and the flowers arrived same day. I am always happy to speak to someone and get a personal touch. We talked through what I wanted and the end result was perfect.

I had an amazing experience with Flowers by Donna! The flower basket they arranged was absolutely stunning — vibrant, fresh, and beautifully designed. From the cheerful sunflower to the delicate roses and hydrangeas, every flower was placed with care and creativity. It truly made a statement and brought so much joy to our dear friend. The delivery service was excellent as well — right on time and handled with care. You can really tell they put thought and heart into everything they do. I highly recommend Flowers by Donna to anyone looking for high-quality, beautiful floral arrangements with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
